In more than 25 years of proven industry leadership, Nicole has developed a reputation as both innovative and inspiring.
Innovative: She is well-known as a catalyst for banking innovation. She led the development and implementation of NeighborHub, Future Branches Inc.'s 2018 Most Innovative Concept. Her teams produce industry-leading results, including a J.D. Power award for customer satisfaction. An architect of momentum, Nicole leverages past accomplishments to fuel future innovation.
Inspiring: Nicole assists the people around her to see their own greatness and rise to opportunities. A sought-after speaker, she is a natural teacher. She is a top-rated faculty member at Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington Foster School of Business. She brought her philosophy of “live on purpose, lead with intention” to Numerica as COO in 2020.
Nicole selected Numerica after executive experience with banks from Utah to the Puget Sound, which included involvement facilitating 10 mergers and acquisitions. In Numerica, she also found alignment with her own purpose-driven passion for community. Her commitment reflects a legacy of investment — from Tacoma as the Pierce County United Way board chair to Salt Lake City as corporate committee chair for the 2002 Winter Olympics.
Nicole loves her family and her snowmobile. (Yellowstone is a winter tradition.) When she’s not playing winter warrior atop a motorized sled, she’s likely hiking and enjoying the Inland Northwest. Her motto is work hard, play hard — and positively impact as many lives as possible along the way.
