Richard Boutz
Richard is a life-long resident of Spokane. He is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with B.A. and MBA degrees, and is a former CPA. In 2009 Richard retired from banking as a chief financial officer with 34 years of experience. Since 1980 he has served on a variety of non-profit boards and committees in leadership roles with experience in education, human services, the arts and community philanthropy. Currently Richard serves as President of the Spokane Symphony Endowment Fund and sits on the Saint Georges School Investments Committee. He is pleased to serve Numerica's Board as a member of the Audit Committee and the Asset/Liability Management Committee.
