Meet Janene,
Cash Management Operations Manager
A self-described “Numerica Lifer,” Janene has served in various roles since arriving at the credit union in 2008. She knows business, management, and technology — a trifecta of versatility that adds value to her interactions.
Before serving business members as a leader on the cash management team, Janene managed large teams in Numerica’s member service center. In this role, she provided stellar service, accurate answers, and played a vital role in various organization-wide projects. When it came time to enhance the credit union’s digital offerings, Janene was tasked with working directly with members, gaining insight and feedback.
She holds a degree in business administration, IT management, from Western Governors University. Away from work, Janene can be found out in her garden, probably with a couple of her dogs and maybe the occasional bunny keeping her company. She loves to camp, hike, and ski with her family.
