Numerica Credit Union wants to build communities and fulfill dreams. One of the greatest impacts we can make is in lives of children throughout the communities we serve.
By partnering with schools throughout the Tri-Cities (Kennewick, Pasco and Richland, Washington), Spokane region, North Idaho, and Wenatchee, Numerica can provide children experiences that help them learn, provide resources, and support them to stay in school.
Numerica partners with programs like Communities in Schools to help build community and create leaders. We work to build a brighter tomorrow by investing in programs that empower students today.
Numerica and KNDU are teaming up to present “Beyond the Classroom,” a program recognizing, teams of educators and Communities in Schools Benton-Franklin site coordinators who are working to enhance the lives of Richland, Pasco, and Kennewick students in need.
Numerica knows that a student’s ability to be successful is based on much more than what happens inside the walls of a classroom.
Communities in Schools Benton-Franklin partners with schools to provide one-to-one services for food, clothing, health care and mentorship to children. These school-wide programs can help to prevent bullying and can makes a child’s life more enjoyable and enriching.
In collaboration with school teachers and educators, Communities in Schools’ site coordinators work to identify and provide support to overcome various obstacles to student’s success. Talk about a partnership that grows leaders and positively impacts the lives of many.
