Leo has managed successful teams for the past 12 years, six of those years being within the financial industry. During that time he has fine-tuned his member service skills and has shared them with his team through mentoring and coaching. His leadership extends beyond the Numerica branch. Leo is very involved in the Tri-Cities community; his involvement includes: Tri-Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Habitat for Humanity: Impact Day House Team Captain, YMCA soccer coach, Tri-Cities Latino Community Network, Tri-Cities Cancer Center Run for Ribbons committee, Pasco's Economic Development Committee, and the Tri-Cities Regional Chamber of Commerce L.E.A.R.N. group.
