The Summer Workout Series is perfect for family fun
Thinking of fun family activities in Spokane can be hard. Have you already checked out our ideas on low-cost summer activities for kids? Whether you are looking to get your Namaste on or dance the night away with the kids, the Summer Workout Series has something for everyone.
Starting July 8 and continuing through August 28, the Summer Workout Series is free of charge thanks to a sponsorship from Numerica Credit Union. The family activities kick off at 7:15 p.m. at the Tribal Gathering Place (located next to City Hall at 315 N Post in Spokane, Wash.) and last between 45 and 60 minutes.
Mondays: Barre with Pure Barre Spokane
Tuesdays: Zumba with Ragamuffin Fitness
Wednesdays: Yoga with The Union
Thursdays: Yoga with Abide Yoga
No need to RSVP, but space is limited to 150–200, depending on the event. Help to ensure your space and get settled by arriving for events between 6:45-7 p.m. Mats will be available to borrow on Yoga and Barre nights, but supplies are limited.
The Summer Series is a program of the Downtown Spokane Business Improvement District to provide summer activities and fun places for kids in Spokane with support from the City of Spokane and Spokane Riverfront Park.
