SwitchAgent is a free, online tool that can assist you in moving your automatic deposits and withdrawals from your previous financial institution to Numerica. SwitchAgent works on your behalf to notify companies that are automatically depositing or debiting from your account. Of course, our amazing staff are here to help you at a convenient branch as well.
Here is how easy is it to switch your bank information.
Get Your Stuff
Grab your most recently paid statements and invoices, as well as your most recent paystub. Think about all the stuff you have automatically deposited or withdrawn: TV, phone, internet, gym, water, power, mortgage, student loan, Social Security, etc. Grab it all.
Log in to Numerica’s Online Banking
Once logged into your account, click the E-Services button, then select Switch Your Direct Deposit & Payments to Numerica to get rolling. SwitchAgent will take it from there. No mess, no stress.
If you don’t have a Numerica account yet, bring your information with you to the branch and we can help you get it set up.
Review Your Switch Schedule
A personal Switch Schedule is created based off your information. This customized timeline of when stuff will move includes a checklist for anything extra you will need to do. Your Switch Schedule will arrive within five business days of submitting your items. That’s it. Once you approve the schedule, SwitchAgent updates your account preference, keeping you in the loop throughout the process.
