Numerica Credit Union members have another way to communicate with the credit union about their financial questions: text messaging.
Text messaging is similar to Numerica’s Online Chat, where members can text general questions about their account or Numerica services to 509.535.7613. This feature is offered Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Messages are not received after business hours and no record of text is kept.
There is no enrollment* for this service, just another easy way to communicate!
Text messaging is different than fraud alerts where an account is monitored and you are texted if the fraud monitoring service detects a suspicious transaction.

What should you bring to the branch when opening an account?
Please bring your: Photo ID, SSN/ITIN, $20 membership fee and a $25 (for checking or savings accounts). Joint account? Both members need to come in.

Why does it show that I owe twice the amount?
If your account goes past due, even by just 1 day, it combines the current and next month balances. Questions? Call us at 800.433.1837.
