Shared Branching Update

As a valued member, we want to let you know about an upcoming change to Shared Branching services and begin a conversation to ensure your financial needs continue to be met.

Effective Oct. 30, 2020, Numerica Credit Union members will no longer be able to conduct Shared Branching transactions at other credit union branches.

We realize this may impact you. We also know each situation is unique and are here to answer your questions and connect you with alternative solutions.

Why this change?

It comes down to stewardship and enhanced member service. The cost of offering Shared Branching has nearly doubled, and we’ve seen a consistent decline in membership usage. As stewards of our members’ money, the best value is to invest in digital offerings that allow members like you to transact your business anytime and anywhere.

What alternatives to Shared Branching are in place?

Numerica is an industry leader in secure digital solutions. Solutions like Online Banking and our Mobile App are safe and convenient. Numerica prioritizes the security of our members’ financial information.

Are CO-OP ATMs impacted?

No. Both Numerica ATMs and the CO-OP ATM network will continue to be available for you. Cash deposits and withdrawals may be made using ATMs located at Shared Branching locations. Many additional transactions can also be handled at one of Numerica’s ATMs or 21 branch locations located throughout our service area.
