Skip your payment online

Numerica’s Skip a Pay program lets you skip a loan payment on eligible loans* for a $30 fee that goes back to the community.

The fastest way to skip a payment is in Online Banking. Here's how it works:

Mobile App

  1. Log in and select Accounts
  2. Select the eligible loan you want to skip
  3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Skip A Pay
  4. Tap Add loan account to Skip A Pay
  5. Select the account your donation will come from
  6. Choose the loan account you want to skip payment
  7. Select the month you want to skip
  8. Agree to terms and conditions and Submit Request

Online Banking

  1. Log in and select Accounts
  2. Click the eligible loan you want to skip
  3. Click Opt for skip pay
  4. Select the account your donation will come from
  5. Choose the loan account you want to skip payment
  6. Select the month you want to skip
  7. Agree to terms and conditions and Submit Request
