Skip your payment online

Numerica’s Skip a Pay program lets you skip a loan payment on eligible loans* for a $30 fee that goes back to the community.

The fastest way to skip a payment is in Online Banking. 

 

How it works:

  1. Log in to Online Banking  
  2. Find your loan and select Account details  
  3. Choose Opt for skip pay  
  4. Select the month you want to skip  
  5. Submit your request 

Need help skipping a payment?

You can also skip a payment by visiting a branch or giving us a call at 800.433.1837. We’ll walk you through it.
