Bio

Numerica’s most valuable asset is its people. Lindsey focuses on creating a culture that empowers them to shine.

A positive force with Numerica for over a decade, Lindsey is passionate about holistic HR strategies. Her deep understanding of organizational development has been instrumental in enhancing Numerica’s employee experience. Under her leadership, Numerica has consistently been recognized as a Best Place to Work®.

Today, Lindsey oversees talent acquisition, organizational design, employee relations, and training and development programs for Numerica’s employees. Helping employees live well inside and outside of work is her goal. At Numerica, she uses her wealth of experience to:

  • Align people strategies with business initiatives
  • Recruit, develop and retain diverse top talent
  • Elevate the employee experience

Lindsey earned her bachelor’s in human resources management from University of Idaho. She earned her MBA from Gonzaga University. Lindsey is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional and a Professional Human Resources® professional certified by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).  

Lindsey serves on the Women Helping Women Fund board of directors, and is a volunteer member of the HR committee for Transitions for Women. Outside of work, Lindsey is a proud member of “Snakes on a Lane,” where she competes in a local bowling league.  Alongside her husband and daughter, Lindsey has a love for travel and adventure. Whether hitting the ski slopes, cheering for the Zags, or planning her next getaway, Lindsey’s personal life is as vibrant as the culture she’s helped create at Numerica.
