Building community is Martha’s passion. She loves everything about it: strengthening business relationships, developing people, refining processes until things run like clockwork.

At the Downtown branch, Martha and her team help members live well by:

  • Helping people build or rebuild their credit
  • Driving outstanding member experiences

Martha has helped captain Numerica branches since 2016. She earned her master's degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and is dedicated to strengthening relationships with members, local businesses, and the Spokane community. In addition to her work in financial services, Martha is actively engaged in the Spokane community and serves on the board of the Spokane Regional Domestic Violence Coalition, supporting initiatives focused on prevention, education, and community impact.
