TruStage, a provider of protection products offered through Numerica and other credit unions, is investigating a cybersecurity incident.

As part of its response, TruStage proactively shut down portions of its network and systems while it works to restore services.

At this time, TruStage has not indicated that member personal information was accessed, acquired, or misused. The investigation is ongoing, and we'll share updates as more information becomes available.

• Don't click links or provide sensitive information unless you've independently verified the sender. 
• If you notice suspicious activity on your Numerica accounts, contact us right away so we can help protect them.
