Saadia Hummel leads with a strong focus on connection and community. She brings more than a decade of experience, starting as a financial service representative and growing into branch management. Her leadership philosophy centers on supporting teams, building strong relationships with members, and creating an environment where people and communities can succeed. 

Saadia holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and is a graduate of Leadership Spokane. She also serves on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities’ Emerging Leaders, supporting community engagement around its mission. Saadia is passionate about removing barriers to financial well-being and helping members build confidence in their financial futures.
