Meet Chad Burchard

Bio

Chad puts the “fulfilling” in “fulfilling dreams.” Through his leadership of Numerica Credit Union’s business and mortgage lending programs, Chad incorporates a member-first philosophy in all he does.

With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, he’s known for shaping thoughtful lending strategies that drive innovation, allow businesses to thrive, and support members in their homeownership journey and beyond.

Chad has held executive roles at First Interstate Bank and Inland Northwest Bank, where he led initiatives that expanded lending portfolios, improved credit operations, and strengthened economic resilience. At Numerica Credit Union, Chad uses his experience to:

• Champion financial solutions that support and strengthen our communities
• Foster innovation and lending access for small and locally owned businesses

Originally from Montana, Chad now calls the Inland Northwest home. He’s a proud University of Montana alum and lifelong Griz fan who rarely misses a game. An outdoor enthusiast, Chad enjoys summers boating and spending time on the lake, and hiking or hunting in the mountains. He and his wife of 30 years are proud parents to two adult daughters, and their busy household includes three beloved dogs. Whether at work or in the wilderness, Chad leads with loyalty, grit, and a steady sense of purpose.
