Meet Christine Varela

Bio

Christine Varela has more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning strategic communications, business operations, governance, and executive advising.

She is a partner and co-owner of DH, a statewide strategic communications agency. Over the past 16 years, she has helped lead the agency's growth strategy, business development, operations, and consulting work, helping double revenue and leading an acquisition that expanded DH's footprint across Washington state.

Christine's leadership experience includes strategic planning, organizational growth, stakeholder engagement, and executive advising for organizations across the region.

Her governance experience includes leadership roles with AAA Washington, Greater Spokane Incorporated, the Washington State Public Charter School Commission, Spokane County United Way, and the Pacific North District Public Relations Society of America.
