Meet Ciara Ragsdale

Bio

Ciara Ragsdale is passionate about bringing people together to strengthen the communities they call home. Whether she's coordinating volunteer programs, building nonprofit partnerships, or connecting employees with opportunities to give back, she helps turn Numerica's community investment into meaningful action.

Since joining Numerica in 2020, Ciara has grown her experience in volunteer program management, community engagement, communications, relationship building, and credit union advocacy. A graduate of Western Governors University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, she also brings a background in retail banking and member service, giving her a unique perspective on how community impact and exceptional member experiences go hand in hand.

Ciara also serves as president of the Spokane Chapter of Credit Unions, working alongside fellow credit union leaders to strengthen collaboration and expand opportunities to serve the Inland Northwest.

At Numerica, she uses those strengths to:

• Build relationships with nonprofit partners
• Connect employees with opportunities to give back

Outside of work, Ciara enjoys skiing, reading, and learning something new, whether it's history, languages, musical instruments, or a random fun fact.
