Rachelle’s passion for people and community shines through in every project she touches, from volunteer coordination to content creation.

As Community Impact and Communications Specialist, Rachelle connects Numerica employees to the community and helps amplify the good happening across the region.

She brings more than 6 years of experience in program coordination with a strong background in youth engagement, nonprofit partnerships, and community impact.

At Numerica, she uses those strengths to:

• Coordinate employee volunteer efforts
• Manage community focused content across Numerica’s social media platforms
• Support region wide events and activations

Outside of work, Rachelle enjoys reading, crafting with her daughter, and practicing photography. She brings that same creative energy and attention to detail to her work, always focused on meaningful connections and positive impact.
