Bio

Equal parts strategic and relational, Travis has the gift of helping people thrive. He uplifts employees. He empowers teams. He connects members to products and services that make their lives easier.

The result is a friendly, collaborative culture that creates positive experiences. Or, to translate it into Numerican: Living well.

Travis has more than 25 years of financial, retail, and executive experience. Heā€™s held senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, including consumer market executive and senior vice president for Bank of America. He also managed one of Targetā€™s largest stores in the Pacific Northwest. Most recently, he was senior vice president of retail, wealth, indirect, and call centers at BECU. At Numerica, he uses his talents and background to:

  • Lead branch network strategy across 21 locations
  • Innovate care through digital channels and Member Service Center
  • Implement initiatives that level up the member experience

Travis holds a bachelorā€™s degree in business management from Eastern Washington University. A Spokane native, he married his high school sweetheart. Together with their 3 children, the Simpsons love spending time outdoors. Favorite outlets include surfing, boating, and skiing.
