Bio

Vanessa Moos is founder and owner of Regatta Strategy Group, where she helps mission-driven organizations strengthen leadership, operations, and long-term performance.

Prior to launching Regatta Strategy Group, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Canopy Village, leading advocacy and policy efforts focused on the health and safety of children and families. Earlier in her career, she worked with the American Cancer Society.

A proud military spouse, Vanessa's Marine Corps family is grounded in service, leadership, and community. She holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University Dominguez Hills and is a Certified Fundraising Executive.

Her board and leadership experience includes service with Leadership Coeur d'Alene and the Coeur d'Alene Regional Chamber, where she serves as secretary and has contributed to finance and leadership-focused committees.
