Yvonne has built her career on leadership excellence and civic engagement, working across industries including high tech, manufacturing, hospitality, and nonprofit organizations. She is recognized for her ability to build relationships, foster collaboration, and drive purposeful growth. Her approach combines fiscal discipline with mission-driven strategy, helping organizations strengthen their impact while staying true to their values.

An active leader in Spokane’s nonprofit and civic landscape, Yvonne has served on numerous boards and advisory committees, including the YWCA, Leadership Spokane, Downtown Spokane Rate Payer Advisory Board, Eastern Washington University Foundation, College Success Foundation, Project Beauty Share, and Teen & Kid Closet. Her experience in governance, fundraising, and strategic planning has strengthened nonprofit capacity and advanced causes related to equity, education, and community well-being.

In 2018, she was recognized with the Leadership Spokane Alumni Lifetime Achievement Award for her enduring impact on leadership development and service.
