eStatements offer a way for you to view, print, and store your Numerica account statements online, saving paper, and potentially your time.

Electronic statements are a convenient, secure, easy, less cluttered option! If paper is your happy place, you always have the option to print them off if you’d like.

Ready to sign up for eStatements?

You can sign up for eStatements from Online Banking or the Numerica Mobile App.

Online Banking

  1. Log in and select More
  2. Select eStatements
  3. Click the Delivery settings tab
  4. If you have multiple memberships, select the member number you wish to sign up for eStatements
  5. Under Delivery mode, select eStatements and press Submit
  6. Accept the terms and conditions, then click Enroll

Mobile

  1. Log in and select the hamburger menu (three lines in the top right).
  2. Select eStatements.
  3. Toggle the Delivery mode switch to enable electronic delivery.
  4. Agree to the terms and conditions. 

Now you’re ready to view and download your eStatements, as well as:

  • Visa statements
  • Tax documents
  • Daily notices
  • And more

Worried about archived statements? No worries! All statements remain online and available for you to access for a rolling 18-month period. If you need statements not listed in your statement library, you can always give us a call at 800.433.1837. We’ll be happy to retrieve older statements for you.

You may also go into your favorite branch and request a paper statement for a $3 fee per copy.

Not sure if you signed up for eStatements?

Luckily there’s a quick, easy way to find out.

  • Simply log into Online Banking, click More from the menu, then click on the eStatements.
  • You’ll see whether you are signed up for eStatements in the space under your member number.

That’s all it takes!

Hey, wait, I’m positive I did opt in to eStatements. How can I check?

We’re glad you asked. There’s a chance you need to activate eStatements through our online system.  

To activate eStatements or to check if you opted in: 

  • Log in to Online Banking and click on More in the top menu
  • Click eStatements
  • Click on the Delivery settings tab
  • Select eStatements under the delivery mode and click Submit 

We realize this is an added step, but assure you it’s for your own security.

The added “bonus” of eStatements

What is Bonus Checking? It’s free checking, with benefits!

All that is required to earn your bonus dividend rate is signing up for eStatements and making 12 or more debit or credit card transactions of $5 or more a month.

APY = Annual Percentage Yield. Rates effective as of 08/28/2026 and are subject to change after account opening. Fees may reduce earnings. Earn 2.00% APY on the first $25,000 and 0.05% APY on balances $25,000.01 and above by meeting these Bonus Checking qualifiers during each monthly qualification cycle: (a) make 12 transactions of $5 or more that settle to your account using your Numerica Visa debit or credit card, and (b) receive your statements electronically (eStatements). If either monthly qualifier is not met, no dividends will be paid. The minimum opening deposit required for this account is $25. Limit one Bonus Checking account per person. A monthly fee will be charged for paper statements (one fee per membership number). Members can avoid this fee by enrolling in eStatements for their accounts through Online Banking or the Mobile App. Please see Fee Schedule for more information.
