Need to visit a branch but don’t want to wait in a long line? 

Now you can check wait times and join the line right from your phone or computer so you can get in, get helped, and get on with the rest of your day.

How to join the branch line and skip the wait

 Numerica's digital check-in system is great for quick in-person branch visits like updating your account information, talking about loan options, or notarizing documents. 

You choose your branch, see how long the wait is, and show up when it’s almost your turn.

Step 1: Head to the virtual branch line

You’ll see our branch locations along with their current wait times.

 Step 2: Choose your branch

Pick a branch location that works for you. 

Step 3: Enter your information

Provide your name and phone number so we can text updates.

Step 4: Select a service

It’s always a good idea to let the branch know why you’re stopping by. Choose what fits.

You can skip the wait on services like:

  • Making account changes (a.k.a. “account maintenance”)
  • Opening a new account
  • Applying for loans and HELOCs
  • Initiating a wire transfer
  • Updating contact information

Step 5: You're in

Once you’ve joined the queue, we’ll text you a confirmation, check-in code and how long your spot in line will be held. Show up when you’re ready and let someone know when you arrive. We’ll call your name when it’s your turn.

What happens if I’m late?

We’ll hold your spot for a length of time, depending on the business at the branch. If you're running behind, you might need to rejoin the line. It’s best to check in when you’re close to the branch and ready to head in. This information will be included in your confirmation text.

Need to cancel or reschedule?

No problem. Cancel or reschedule right from your confirmation text or by calling us at 800.433.1837. Then, come back whenever you’re ready.
