Online Banking and the Numerica Mobile App have a new look, but the tools and features you use every day are still there. Online Banking updated automatically. If you use the Numerica Mobile App, update the app to see the refreshed experience.

How to register for Digital Banking
Mobile
- Open your Numerica app and tap Enroll.
- Review the terms and conditions. If they look good, agree to the terms and tap Enroll.
- Enter your date of birth and Social Security Number. Tap Next.
- Set and confirm your username and password. Tap Next.
- Select the best contact information for verification purposes. Tap Enroll.
- We sent a verification password. Enter the code. Tap Verify.
- Congrats! You are registered and ready to use the Numerica Mobile App. If you want to log in right away, click Log in.
Online Banking
- From the Numerica homepage, select Register Now.
- Review the terms and conditions. If they look good, agree to the terms and click Next.
- Enter your date of birth and Social Security number. Click Next.
- Set and confirm your username and password. Click Next.
- Select your best contact information for verification purposes. Click Next.
- We sent you a verification passcode. Enter the code. Click Next.
- Congrats, you are done! If you want to log in right away, click Log in.
Logging in for the first time
- Enter the username and password you created. Click Log in.
- Choose how you’d like to get your verification passcode.
- We sent you a verification passcode. Enter the code.
- Review your info and accounts. Click Next.
- Set your default accounts for common transactions.
- That’s it. Welcome to Digital Banking!
How to deposit a check with your phone
- Tap the Deposit icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the account that will receive the deposit.
- Enter the amount of the check you are depositing.
- Tap Front of check. Center the front of the check on your screen, and we’ll snap the picture automatically. (Make sure you allow the app to access your camera.)
- Tap Back of check and repeat. Make sure the check is signed on the Endorse line.
- Tap Deposit check.
- Verify the deposit summary looks correct.
How to transfer money between accounts
Mobile
- Log in and tap the Move money icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Under Transfer & Pay, tap My Numerica accounts.
- Select source account, the account you want the money to come from.
- Tap Choose a recipient and choose the account you want to transfer to.
- Enter amount and select transfer date.
- Tap Transfer funds and confirm your transfer.
Online Banking
- Log in and select Move money from menu at the top of the page.
- Under Transfers & Pay, click My Numerica accounts.
- Select source account, the account you want the money to come from.
- Select the account you want to transfer to.
- Enter amount and select transfer date.
- Click Continue and confirm your transfer.
How to make a Numerica loan payment
Mobile
- Tap the Move money icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Under Transfers & Pay, tap My Numerica accounts.
- Select your source account, the account you want the money to come from.
- Tap Choose a recipient and choose your loan from the list.
- From the Transfer option dropdown, choose the type of payment you want to make (Custom, Next due amount, or Payoff).
- If custom, enter the amount you want to pay.
- Select your payment date.
- Tap Transfer funds and confirm your transfer.
Online Banking
- Log in and select Move money from menu at the top of the screen.
- Under Transfers & Pay, click on My Numerica accounts.
- Select your source account, the account you want the money to come from.
- Click Choose a recipient and select your loan from the list.
- From the Payment option dropdown, choose the type of payment you want to make (Payment due, payoff amount, or custom).
- If custom, enter the amount you want to pay.
- Select your payment date.
- Click Continue to confirm your transfer.
- Select Confirm transfer.
How to transfer money to another Numerica member
Mobile
- Tap Move money at the bottom of your screen.
- Under Transfer & Pay, tap Other Numerica members.
- Select your source account, the account you want the money to come from.
- Tap Choose a recipient and choose the account you want to transfer to.
- If this is your first time transferring money to this member, tap Add a recipient.
- Tap Personal recipient, then type in the member’s name. Tap Next, then Add account details.
- From the Transfer type dropdown, select Within Numerica. Fill in the required information.
- Once the information is complete, tap Add account details. Confirm the details and tap Save.
- When you are back in the Transfer to another member screen, enter amount and select transfer date.
- Select Transfer funds and confirm your transfer.
Online Banking
- Log in and select Move money from the menu at the top of the screen.
- Under Transfers & Pay, click on Other Numerica members.
- Select your source account, the account you want the money to come from.
- Click Select a recipient and choose the account you want to transfer to.
- If this is your first time transferring money to this member, click New Recipient.
- Under Add recipient, enter a name, and click Add account.
- From the Payment type dropdown, select Within CU.
- Fill out the recipient details and select Save account.
- Click Transfer funds, then enter the amount and select the transfer date before continuing.
- Confirm your transfer.
How to set up transfers with an external account
Note: To transfer funds to or from an account at another financial institution, your account must be enabled for external transfers. If this hasn’t happened yet, first call 800.433.1837 or visit a branch.
Mobile
External account set up
- Log in and select Move money from the bottom of your screen.
- Under Transfers & Pay, tap My other accounts.
- Select your source account, the account you want the money to come from.
- Tap Choose a recipient and choose the account you want to transfer to.
- If this is your first time transferring money to this member, tap Add a recipient.
- Tap Personal recipient.
- Enter the Recipient’s name and select Next.
- From the Transfer type dropdown, select External transfer.
- If you can log in to your external account, select Proceed. A new screen will open where you can log in to your other financial institution, and your accounts will be automatically verified.
- If you cannot log in to your external account, select No and enter your account’s details manually.
- Tap Add transfer account.
- Confirm account details and select Save.
- The recipient was added successfully! Tap OK. The account must now be verified before it can be used for transfers.
External account verification
- At the completion of set up, Numerica will send micro deposits to the external account. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
- When you receive the deposits, log back in to the Mobile App and tap Move money at the bottom of the screen.
- Under Manage, tap People & accounts.
- Tap Personal recipient.
- Tap the external account you created, then tap Edit.
- Tap Verify this account.
- Enter the amounts of the micro deposits. Tap Verify.
- You did it! Transfers can now be scheduled for this account.
Online Banking
External account set up
- Log in and select Move money from the top menu.
- Under Transfers & Pay, click on My other accounts.
- Select your source account, the account you want the money to come from.
- Select an External Recipient and choose the account you want to transfer to.
- If this is your first time transferring money to this member, click New Recipient.
- Enter a name and click Add account.
- From the Payment type dropdown, select External transfer.
- If you can log in to your external account, select Yes. A window will pop up where you can log in to your other financial institution, and your accounts will be automatically verified.
- If you cannot log in to your external account, select No and enter your account’s details manually.
- Fill out account details and select Save account.
- The recipient was added successfully! If you entered your account details manually, the account must now be verified before it can be used for transfers.
External account verification
- At the completion of set up, Numerica will send micro deposits to the external account. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
- When you receive the deposits, log back in to Online Banking and select Transfers from the top menu
- Under Manage, click Manage recipients.
- Click on the external account you created.
- Select Verify this account.
- Enter the micro deposit amounts . Click Verify.
- You did it! Transfers can now be scheduled for this account.
How to pay your bills with Numerica Digital Banking
Mobile
- Log in and tap Move money at the bottom of your screen
- Under Send, tap on Bill Pay.
- Select the member number you want to pay bills from in the dropdown. Tap View bills. The Bill Pay site will open.
- To add a payee, select it from the preloaded list or search for a payee.
- Enter basic payee information. Tap Submit.
- Fill in the remaining fields, set your payment defaults, and press Next.
- To schedule a payment, tap the three dots next to your payee.
- Enter the amount, choose the account you will pay from and payment date. You can even schedule as a recurring payment. Once the info is set, press Pay.
- Verify and press Submit.
- Scroll down to review your Pending payments and History.
Online Banking
- Log in and select Move money from the top menu.
- Under Send, click on Bill Pay.
- Select the member number you want to pay bills from in the dropdown. The Bill Pay site will open.
- The first time you log in, complete challenge phrases and click Submit.
- To add a payee, select it from the preloaded list or search for a new one in the search bar. Click Add.
- Enter basic payee information. Click Submit.
- Fill in the remaining fields, set your payment defaults, and click Next.
- To schedule a payment, enter amount, choose the account you want to pay from and payment date. You can even schedule a recurring payment. Once the info is set, click Pay.
- Verify and click Submit.
- On the right sidebar, review your Pending payments and History.
How to view and search transactions
Mobile
- Log in and tap Accounts at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the account you would like to view.
- Under History, tap the All transactions dropdown to view only Deposits, Withdrawals, or Pending transactions.
- Looking for something specific? Tap Search transactions and enter it in the search box.
- Next to the Search box, you can tap the two vertical lines to narrow your search by applying Filters like Amount and Date Range.
- To add a note to a transaction, simply tap the transaction then Add a Note.
Online Banking
- Log in and select Accounts from the top menu.
- Click the account you would like to view. Scroll down to see transactions.
- You can review transactions from a certain timeframe by using the date dropdown menu.
- Looking for something specific? Click Search transactions and type what you are looking for in the search box.
- Filter your results by using the Additional search options.
- To add a note to a transaction, hover over the three dots on the right side of your transaction and click Note.
How to find Numerica's routing number
Numerica’s routing number is 325182690. For future needs, you can always locate the number using the steps below.
Mobile
- Log in to the app.
- Type “direct deposit form” (or “ACH”) into the Navigate to box at the top of the screen.
- Tap Direct deposit form.
- Choose an account from the dropdown menu.
- Download a form for your chosen account.
- The routing number will be listed along with other important account information.
Online Banking
Scroll to the bottom of any Numerica webpage to locate the number in the footer.
How to freeze your credit or debit card
Mobile
- Log in and tap Cards in the bottom menu.
- Tap the Active toggle button of the card you want to freeze.
- Confirm you’d like to freeze the card.
- Un-freeze your card the same way.
Online Banking
- Log in and select Cards from the top menu.
- Click the Active toggle button for the card you want to freeze.
- Confirm you’d like to freeze the card.
- Un-freeze your card the same way.
How to update contact information
Mobile
- Log in and tap the hamburger menu (three lines in the top right).
- Select Contact information.
- You can update phone number, email address, mailing address, and manage devices.
Online Banking
- Log in and select More from the top menu.
- Select Contact information.
- You can update your contact information, mailing address, and devices.
How to view all of your accounts
Note: Digital Banking shows you all the accounts you are listed as an owner on. If you do not see an account that should be displayed, check with other possible account owners or call 800.433.1837.
Mobile
- Log in and select Accounts.
- Scroll through the accounts by member number and/or account type.
Online Banking
- Log in and select Accounts.
- You can sort accounts by member number and/or account type.
How to customize your account view
On the Accounts page (Mobile and Online Banking)
- Log in and select Accounts.
- Use the Filter options to view specific accounts by membership or account type.
On the Dashboard (Online Banking only)
- Log in and select More from the top menu.
- Select Accounts and memberships.
- Under Account settings, select an account from the dropdown to change the account name or hide the account from dashboard view.
How to set the order your accounts appear
Mobile
- Log in and tap the top-right hamburger menu.
- Select Accounts settings.
- Tap Set account group display order.
- Move the accounts into the order you’d like them to appear.
Online Banking
- Log in and select More from the top menu.
- Select Accounts and memberships.
- Under Account settings, click Set account group display order.
- Click and drag accounts into the order you’d like.
How to change Digital Banking appearance to dark theme
Mobile
- Log in and tap the top-right hamburger menu.
- Tap Dark theme.
- Tap the toggle to enable (or disable) dark mode.
Online Banking
- Log in to Online Banking.
- Click the crescent moon icon on the top right.
- Click the sun icon to return to light mode.
How to set up your default account
Mobile
- Log in and tap the top-right hamburger menu.
- Select Accounts settings.
- Select the account you want to use as your default from the drop down.
- Scroll down and tap the associated toggles to make the account the default for transfers, check deposits, and text banking.
Online Banking
- Log in and select More from the top menu.
- Select Accounts and memberships.
- Under Account settings, select the account you want to use as your default from the drop down.
- Check the associated boxes to make the account the default for transfers, check deposits, and text banking.
How to view your personal accounts only
Note: The instructions below help business members make this change using either the Mobile App or Online Banking, but the change will apply to both platforms. Choosing to view only your personal accounts is not a permanent change, and it can be switched off or on as often as desired.

- Log in and tap the top-right hamburger menu.
- Tap Switch profile near the top of the screen.
- Select the bookmark icon next to All personal memberships.
Online Banking
- Log in and click All memberships in the top-right of the screen.
- Select the bookmark icon next to All personal memberships.
- Click Yes to confirm.
How to add or hide an account from Digital Banking
Note: Note: Use these instructions if you prefer to only use Digital Banking for a business account membership and don’t want your individual membership information displayed.

- Tap Accounts settings.
- Under Membership settings, you can select a member number to remove from digital banking and tap Hide membership. (Want to add it back? Tap Add an existing membership.)

How to sign up for eStatements
Mobile
- Log in and select the hamburger menu (three lines in the top right).
- Select eStatements.
- Toggle the Delivery mode switch to enable electronic delivery.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Success! You are now ready to view and download your statements electronically.
Online Banking
- Log in and select More.
- Select eStatements.
- Click the Delivery settings tab.
- If you have multiple memberships, select the member number you wish to sign up for eStatements.
- Under Delivery mode, select eStatements and click Submit.
- Accept the terms and conditions, then click Enroll.
- Success! You are now ready to view and download your statements electronically.
How to view eStatements
Mobile
- Log in and select the hamburger menu (three lines in the top right).
- Tap eStatements.
- If you have multiple memberships, select the member number you wish to view.
- Tap Download.
- A welcome page will load in your browser. Browse for the specific statement you would like to view or download.
Online Banking
- Log in and click More from the top menu.
- Select eStatements.
- If you have multiple memberships, select the member number you wish to view.
- Scroll down and click the monthly statement or card statement you wish to view.
- To view as a traditional statement, click on Printer-friendly version.
How to find your Numerica member number
Mobile
- Log in and tap Accounts from the top menu.
- If they aren’t already, group your accounts by membership. (For example, if you are an owner of personal, business, and youth accounts, they will likely be under different memberships.)
- Your Numerica member number (usually 6 or 7 digits) will be listed next to your name with the associated group of accounts.
Online Banking
- Log in and click Accounts.

How to find the full account number for an account
Mobile
- Log in and tap Accounts.
- Select the specific account you want to view.
- Find your full account number. It will be listed as your ACH number.
- Tap Hide to hide your full account number.

- Log in and click Accounts.
- Click the specific account you want to view.
- Click the eye icon under ACH number to reveal your full account number.
How to set travel notifications

How to skip a loan payment?
Note: Not all loans are eligible for Skip a Pay.**

- Log in and select Accounts.
- Find the eligible loan. Scroll all the way down and tap Skip a Pay.
- Select the account your donation will come from.
- Choose the loan account you want to skip.
- Select the month you want to skip.

- Log in and type Skip a Pay in the navigation bar at the top.
