Instead, schedule an appointment with your favorite Numerica branch. 

Whether you want to meet in person or over the phone, it’s easy to book a time that works for you.

What kinds of services can I book an appointment for?

Book an appointment for anything that might take a little more time, like:

• Applying for a loan
• Opening a new account
• Setting up automatic payments
• Adding someone to your account
• Getting help with account or card issues
• Talking through your financial goals

How to schedule your visit

Step 1: Go to the appointment scheduling tool

Step 2: Select your service

Tell us what you'd like to discuss during your appointment to help us prepare to serve you. We’ll also let you know whether to bring specific documentation.

Step 3: Choose your preferred language 

Options include English and Español.

Step 4: Pick where you’d like to meet

Select the Numerica branch location most convenient for you.

Step 5: Select a date and time

Pick from the available morning or afternoon time slots. In most cases, you can also choose a particular branch employee you’d like to meet with.

Step 6: Enter your info

We’ll need your name and contact information to confirm the appointment and send reminders.

Step 7: You’re booked

You’ll get a confirmation email with your appointment details.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

No problem. Cancel or reschedule right from your confirmation email or by calling us at 800.433.1837. Then, come back whenever you’re ready.

Not ready to schedule? That’s okay, too

You don’t have to make an appointment to visit a branch. You can:

• Join the branch line before you arrive
• Start a video banking session during business hours
• Visit your local branch and check in at the door
• Use an ATM to deposit, withdrawal, or transfer funds

Final tip

Appointments are great if you want a private conversation, service that fits your schedule, or help with something that takes up a little more time.  You choose when to come in. We’ll be ready for you.
