What to know about the new branch

Why Moses Lake

Moses Lake continues to see steady growth in both population and local business activity. The new branch reflects Numerica’s long-term approach to growing in communities where members live, work, and do business.

“Expanding into Moses Lake reflects Numerica’s long-term strategy to grow where our values align with community and member needs,” said Carla Cicero, Numerica president and CEO. “We are committed to supporting this community with accessible financial services and trusted relationships.”

A return to the Moses Lake community

Numerica previously served Moses Lake through a physical location and has continued supporting local members through digital banking channels.

“Our members in Moses Lake have always been important to Numerica,” said KayCee Murray, Numerica chief technology officer. “Now, as the community continues to grow and member needs evolve, we are reintroducing a physical branch to complement the digital experience our members already rely on.”

Designed for service and connection

The Moses Lake branch will offer Numerica’s full range of financial services for individuals and businesses. The space will be designed to feel welcoming, convenient, and focused on personalized service.

A commitment beyond banking

Numerica has a long-standing commitment to community involvement, including financial education, volunteerism, and charitable giving.

As it expands into Moses Lake, the credit union plans to build partnerships with local schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to support financial well-being and community growth.
