Report lost or stolen cards
We've made it easy to report a lost or stolen card. Simply log in to Better Online Banking and click the link for "Block Card" under the "E-Services" drop down menu. Choose the card you need to block and the reason, then click "Confirm". You will receive a message that your card was successfully blocked. It's that easy!
