Visiting your favorite Numerica branch looks different during COVID-19. With member well-being at the heart of our mission, we have two priorities:  

  1. Making branch visits as safe as possible.
  2. Providing helpful alternatives to in-person visits.

Prioritizing safety at the branch

As we strive to provide exceptional and essential service to you at our branches during COVID-19, here are four ways you can help us all live well:

  1. Wear a mask. At our Washington branches, this is required.
  2. Maintain a distance of 6 feet. Physical distancing protects yourself and those around you.
  3. Stay home if you’re sick. If you have COVID or are experiencing symptoms of any kind, this is not the time to venture out.
  4. Be kind. The masks might cover our smiles, but they can’t conceal our positive tones and friendly service.

We are limiting the number of members in our open branch lobbies. Our team will set up text alerts when the lobby is at capacity so you can wait in your car until it's your turn to be served.
