Due to circumstances surrounding coronavirus, our employees have been impacted just like many of our members.

To ensure our team is here to serve you, we have temporarily re-deployed employees to other branches to accommodate staffing needs. Also, access to safe deposit boxes in our branches will be by appointment only.

In support of the Washington State Stay at Home order, we have also enhanced social distancing by limiting the number of members in our open branch lobbies. Our team will set up text alerts when the lobby is at capacity so you can wait in your car until it's your turn to be served.

Federally Insured by NCUA

Your money is safe at Numerica. Your deposits are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). Each account owner’s deposits are insured up to $250,000. 

Your money is considerably safer at Numerica compared to cash. Be mindful of the risks of holding onto cash. Since cash is not insured, there’s no way to get it back if it is lost or stolen.

Loan Extensions

Numerica is offering a loan extension program on qualifying personal vehicle and closed-end loans and qualifying small business and private banking loans. This will let you delay your monthly payments for up to 90 days*, allowing you to free up cash for unplanned expenses. Call us at 800.433.1837 to learn more.

Skip a Pay

Need to skip a payment on your Numerica loan? For every loan payment you skip, there is a $30 fee that goes back to our community. Skip a Pay**

Skip a Pay is available to members once every six months on qualifying auto, recreational, and personal lines of credit (excluding credit cards). Simply log into Online Banking, click the Loans/Payments tab, and choose Skip a Pay to participate. Skip a Pay is not available if a onetime loan extension has been granted. 

Waived Fees

To make remote payments more convenient, we are waiving fees for making payments on Numerica loans by phone.

Mortgage Assistance

Need a little help with your Numerica mortgage payment? You can log into Online Banking to make payments, review your loan information, and check out mortgage assistance options available.

Follow these step-by-step instructions on accessing your mortgage options.

Additional Forbearance Options

During these unprecedented times, if you’re unable to make your Numerica (HELOC) or Home Equity Loan payment, you may qualify to delay your monthly payment for up to 90 days***. Call us at 800.433.1837 to learn more and see if your loan qualifies.

* Here’s the legal stuff: Interest will continue to accrue during the 90 day no payment period and cannot not be used in combination with the Skip a Pay program.

**Skip a Pay disclaimer. This feature cannot be used in combination with the Loan Extension

At the end of the forbearance, your first scheduled payment will include all principal and interest that would have been due during the forbearance period. As a small business, financial assistance may be available to you:

Paycheck Protection Program

Good news! The SBA Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) has received more funds to help businesses through this uncertain time. This low-interest loan allows businesses to borrow up to two-and-a-half payroll costs, so you can keep the doors open and people working. SBA PPP Frequently Asked Questions

Eligibility includes:

  • In business on or before February 15, 2020
  • Less than 500 employees
  • Can be used in combination with Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)

We are accepting applications from Numerica business members and non-members. Applications on a first come, first served basis.

If you’re not a Numerica member, please read additional instructions before applying.

Although we cannot guarantee that all loans will be processed prior to Federal funds running out, we will do everything we can to help support our community.

Please note that businesses may apply for this program through only one financial institution, as the SBA will deny all PPP loans for applicants who submit through multiple financial institutions.

PPP Loans

Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program (EIDL)

The EIDL program has also received more funds. This SBA loan can advance up to $10,000 and be distributed in as little as 3 business days. Funds are made available following a successful application. Learn more about available use of funds and apply by visiting the SBA website.

SBA Express Bridge Loans 

The Express Bridge Loan Pilot Program provides vital economic support to small businesses with an existing SBA Lending relationship to help overcome the temporary loss of revenue they are experiencing. Contact your Relationship Officer for more information.
