Nicole Floyd

Nicole Floyd, CPA, SPHR, CAE, is Chair of Numerica's Audit Committee. She brings nearly 20 years' experience in areas of finance, management, sales and international business to Numerica Credit Union's Audit Committee. A native Washingtonian, Nicole has spent the bulk of her career in association management in the greater Seattle area, working as the Director of Finance and Administration for the Washington Society of CPAs in Bellevue, Wash. from 2000 to 2006, and has served in similar capacities for other state professional and trade associations. Nicole has lived in Spokane since 2004, and was the Chief Financial Officer for a technology company in Spokane Valley for over five years before she joined the team at EmSpring Corporation in 2012. Nicole is also part owner of two Spokane-based businesses.

Nicole received her BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington with concentrations in Accounting and Marketing. She has been a licensed CPA since 1997 and also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.

As EmSpring's HR & Employee Benefits Consultant, Nicole is focused on value-add Client Services for employers and their HR & Benefits leaders. She's based out of the EmSpring Spokane office and supports EmSpring business throughout Washington, Idaho and Oregon. Nicole and her family live in south Spokane on acreage and enjoy horse racing, spending time with family and traveling.
